The Buyer agrees that fabric, leather and mattress protection sales are final, not returnable and not refundable.The Buyer agrees that any goods exposed to smoke, animals, wear, tear, and use are not returnable. Any allowed return is at the sole discretion of Legacy Furniture Company, and the Buyer agrees that should Seller allow such a return in it’s sole discretion, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total of the ticket.

The Gathering table is crafted from solid American Oak. Design features include exceptionally proportioned 5.25 inch table top and apron. The 5 inch solid oak legs protrude through the table top creating a unique and interesting dining surface.
