The Buyer agrees that fabric, leather and mattress protection sales are final, not returnable and not refundable.The Buyer agrees that any goods exposed to smoke, animals, wear, tear, and use are not returnable. Any allowed return is at the sole discretion of Legacy Furniture Company, and the Buyer agrees that should Seller allow such a return in it’s sole discretion, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total of the ticket.

The Window Pane Bed offers a more casual appeal that includes solid Birch planking framed by a wide bed post and 3 inch cap rail crafted from solid Maple. Earthiness and rich warmth gives the warm natural finish a polished look of authenticity.
